Charge Nurse

The Villa is looking for an RN to serve in the role of Charge Nurse. The charge nurse functions to facilitate a smooth workflow during the shift. Charge nurse duties include: frequesnt quality rounds, calling phsyicians for orders, assisting floor nurses in treatments, assisting aides in transfers, and providing audit information as requested by DON. Other applicable duties will be assigned as the position is introduced and workflows established. The ideal candidate has LTC experience, is able to lead others through example, and has a true desir e to continue forward momentum in the Villa team. The position will consist of 8 hour day shifts.
