Heather Bascom was born and raised in the Uintah Basin and has over 25 years of nursing experience. Her nursing foundation was completed through our local nursing programs. She obtained her LPN through UBATC (now UBTech) and her RN through Weber State University outreach program. She continued her educational pursuits and obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2020. She is a proud mother of two grown married daughters. She enjoys traveling nationally and internationally. Some of her favorite sites are being near the coast, enjoying the beauty and sounds of the ocean.
