Uintah Basin Healthcare would like to extend their condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Tyson Mason, 29-year old Life Flight paramedic, whose life was tragically taken earlier today in an automobile accident on US 40 near Strawberry Reservoir. Our prayers are also with his accompanying Life Flight nurse, who was seriously injured. Our hearts are with you all during this difficult time.
