We have improved our system for appointment reminders and are introducing 2-way texting!
Patients may opt out of texts at any time.
Self Registration & Check-in
Once a patient has confirmed their appointment, they will receive a link to complete their registration from home.
Upon arrival for an appointment, patients may choose to scan a QR code with their mobile phone as they enter the waiting room to digitally check-in.
If patients need assistance, they are welcome to proceed to the reception desk.
When & Where?
Beginning April 1, 2024, this will be offered at all Clinic locations, Physical & Occupational Therapy, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, The Sleep Center, & Surgery.
