Respiratory Therapist

The Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for providing Cardiopulmonary Care Services in accordance with specific physicians’ orders and department policies and procedures. The RRT will perform in adult and new born intensive care and acute care service areas. Other duties include: EKG, ABG, ventilator management, and other routine respiratory job functions.

Qualifications:
Must have a current CRT or RRT Utah License and CPR certification. Knowledge of CPAP and BIPAP preferred but not required.

The qualified candidate must be competent in the following areas: accurate charting and documentation; basic computer knowledge; critical decision-making and problem solving skills; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, be self-motivated and willing to work independently.
