Christian Boekweg grew up in Utah, in the small rural town of Mount Pleasant. He began his medical eduation at BYU (Go Cougs!) receiving his undergraduate degree in genetics and bioscience. Christian then went to medical school in Kansas City and earned his degree. He finished his medical residency at Texas A&M.

Dr. Boekweg enjoys practicing family medicine, treating everyone from newly borns to those in nursing homes. He is passionate about sports medicine and working with athletes. Although he isn’t very good at it, he loves playing golf and basketball whenever he has some spare time. He is married and has three children.
