Dr. James White has practiced medicine in the Uintah Basin for over 25 years, with offices in Roosevelt and Vernal, UT. His practice focuses on painful conditions involving the spine, nerves, muscles and joints. He offers diagnostic workup and non-surgical treatment for conditions involving these areas, including guided interventional pain management procedures and in neuro-musculoskeletal medicine, including nerve injuries, sports injuries, and painful conditions of the extremities; he is an electrodiagnostic/EMG specialist.

Dr. White is a second-generation physician who grew up in Roosevelt, UT. He attended Brigham Young University, where he graduated second in his class. Dr. White attended medical school at the University of Utah and graduated with honors in family practice; he was the chair of the Rural Practice Interest Group. He is pleased to be able to live and practice medicine among the fine citizens of the Uintah Basin.

Dr. White is subspecialty-certified in Pain Medicine, through the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) and the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons (NBPS). He is also Board Certified in Electrodiagnostic Medicine by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and is a fellow of the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Additionally, he is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation by the ABMS and the NBPS.
