Matt Kresge, DPT grew up in Orem, Utah, and has always had a passion for movement, the outdoors, and helping others thrive. He earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Spanish from Utah Valley University and went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, Texas.

A lifelong athlete, Matt competed in cross country, wrestling, and track and field throughout high school. His love for an active lifestyle continues today with favorite pursuits like running, cycling, and fishing—especially when they take him outdoors, where he feels most at home.

Matt Kresge, DPT is deeply committed to helping his patients recover, improve, and reach their fullest potential. His clinical approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based care, and a desire to empower each individual on their healing journey. He is currently pursuing additional certifications in the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) and Pelvic Floor Therapy to further expand his ability to serve patients with a wide range of needs. He is especially passionate about raising awareness of conditions such as vertigo and pelvic floor disorders—both of which are often overlooked and under-treated. Matt is committed to educating the community on how these issues can be effectively managed with conservative, therapeutic exercise.

Outside of the clinic, Matt is a devoted husband and father. He is happily married to his wife, Callie, and is the proud dad of four children—two sets of twins, one girl and three boys. The Kresge family loves living in Roosevelt and cherishes the opportunity to raise their children in a close-knit, small-town community. Matt Kresge, DPT is fluent in Spanish and enjoys using his language skills to better serve patients from diverse backgrounds.
