Please check in at the Main Entrance admitting desk. 

You will receive a bracelet for all procedures/orders you are needing that day. Please keep this bracelet, it will be scanned in at every department you visit.

Next, go to the first procedure/order you have, show the receptionist your bracelet and then follow their instructions. You can then repeat this process for each other procedure/order you have that day.

The Radiology Department is one of our most valuable resources at Uintah Basin Medical Center.
