May brings many important health awareness items such as Strokes, arthritis, asthma/allergy, and mental health.

Another focus this month is Arthritis Awareness. 1 in 4 adults are affected by arthritis. It’s important to learn self-management skills, be active, manage your weight, and protect your joints.
